I Order take out from Red Robin and so disappointed!! I had to wait 10 mins for my food and then they didn’t have the promo code on my bill so I had to wait 5 more minutes! The only thing I got was I am sorry and it was delay due to your salad and broccoli.
I was disappointed we had a large group and we sat in a corner with little light and it was freezing. The were out of Bailey's for new years eve so no fun drinks. Some of our food was messed up and nothing was done for it off the bills. Server was good and friendly. Not sure we will return.
Terrible service, raw burger, cold food, no drink refills, no “hey hows the food”, waitress looked at our table and was going to keep walking - only stopped because I caught eye contact with her. This happened multiple times. We happened to catch manager who was helping clean tables, not knowing she was a manager - she tried to smooth things over and got us new food and took the raw burger off the check, but waitress taking care of us could care less.
I can't say it was bad , just nothing to brag about
I got my food to go and the bartender named Paige was so helpful and very polite I could not believe the service! I will be going back there even if I have to go out of my way to get food from a red robin
Horrid! They brought me the wrong food and than argued with me about what I ordered. The burger I ordered looked nothing like the salad I was brought...... Then they brought me a chicken sandwich..... Still not my burger. The manager took the sandwich off of my plate with her hand and said keep the fries, which she touched while taking the sandwich. Then they gave me a menu to show them what I ordered, again waitress argued with me... never going back. #didyoureallyjustgrabthesandwichoffmyplate
I loved the environment and the friendly staff. My burger was awesome and the restaurant was clean.
