I absolutely love Red Robin food, but this location when it comes to curbside is terrible. We don’t order often but when we do we call to say we arrived for our order and they leave it sitting there for 20mins before bringing it out cold and soggy. Not an offer to comp the meal for having to sit there. Why should we have to keep reaching out to the restaurant to fulfill their service timely? Sad to say, we’ll not be ordering any longer.
RecommendedMy siblings and I had a great meal at Red Robin on Monona Drive yesterday. The service was good despite being short staffed. We had an enjoyable time. Food was really good too!
I wouldn't recommend the Red Robin on Monona. The server wasn't very pleasant and she never offered refills on fries. She delivered my drink refill to another table. She acted like she rather be doing something else. I didn't feel welcome.
Every one of my family members gets riddled with food poisoning after EVERY visit. Now, I know you’re going to ask “why keep going?” . Well, after a year of not going , we foolishly assumed it changed. Nope. Everyone wakes up puking yet again.
food and service were excellent.
The service and food were fabulous. Our server/bartender Cheyenne is the best, she's super friendly,fast and she'll customize drinks for you. I reccomend the BlackBerry long island......🎶 yum 🎶
