Went in tonight for dinner after Christmas shopping... We waited 30 mins for appetizers and another 25 for food horrible service.. When looking back towards kitchen there were about 11-15 people just standing around talking. After asking how long till we were getting our food since it was now 935 our server said the manager was going to do something about it, instead he stood around talking some more. Freaking, totally awesome and fry refills forever
We had to wait at least 20 minutes, they weren't busy at all, we saw tons of tables and even asked about them and were ignored. Then the server ignored us on many occasions. I will not go back.
Waited an hour for the average food. They gave us a discount, but we likely will not go back. Red Robin went through a phase where they were very good. I guess that phase has ran its course.
Could not be more disappointed with our service tonight. 4 year old's birthday nearly ruined due to an incompetent waiter. The manager did try to help resolve issues, and assist during our 2 hours of hell, however this manager clearly needs to recognize horrific service will effect the restaurant in the long run! We love Red Robin but will not be returning to the Wadsworth location any time soon, if at all. -Hawkes Family
