Meh... It was just... Meh. I think they were running low on fries... Cause we weren't served a lot and usually, they give too much!
Told we’d have a 20-30 minute wait at 6. By 7:04 we still haven’t been seated. We’d go somewhere else, but we’d just be starting a new wait. Ridiculous.
Horrible service!! Don't order from them. We did a online order for 4 burgers, a bowl of soup and extra fries. Two of the burgers were disgusting. The first burger had mushrooms all over it and the other burger was mushy. The bowl of soup want even half way full. The manager (eric)that we talked to when calling to get our order fixed was rude. I am so very disappointed in the service at this location! This is the second time in which we received terrible service! Last night, my husband and I sat for 15 mins and no staff approached us. We did see the manager standing in the middle of the restaurant and she did nothing to help the wait staff or patrons in the restaurant. We ended up walking out as we had movie tickets.
Burgers were good, service was okay up till the time to pay. Bill was $10.70, after deducting the free birthday burger. Gave the waitress $20.70 and she wanted to know if we wanted change. REALLY!
This was the worst service I’ve every had, I waited over half hour for my cocktail and there were very few customers at the time. Prime rib dip was dry and barely warm. The server was unfriendly and only came bye once after delivering the meal. I hope this is not the way it always is. I’ve always liked Red Robin but unfortunately this was a very bad experience today!!!!
The Burger Was Awesome! Service Was Great! Will Definitely Be Back!
