I usually Love RR but I was really disappointed yesterday when we had a carryout order where both my daughter and I had long nasty hair in our food. Neither of us ate it. I sent and email to the company via internet, but they don't seem to be very concerned about the incident since I never heard back from them. Very disappointed. This will get a no from me from now on and we are very regular customers. Not any more.
Came in today for lunch. Its my birthday but I wasn't signed up for rewards yet :( Lynn the manager was very nice and helpful! Our server was Micheal and he went above and beyond for us. The hostest was extra nice too. Our daughter has a severe food allergy and its risky to eat out. They all went theough extra effort to make sure we felt safe. Very impressed.
It was very very fast service.. our waiter was nice & helpful. The food was delicious.. I had the vegan veggie burger & the lettuce was not soggy ( that was nice ). I’ll return.. nothing really bad to say @ all�
Possible food poising terrible serivce. Went there for lunch took a single bite of a burger and found a hair in the food with stay room temp fries. The other 2 burgers that were order were room temperature when we got them. Not to mention we spent a total hour waiting on food. That single bite was the only thing I ate all day not to mention and now I'm nauseous and shaky and sick to my stomach feeling like a bad come up . I do not recommend this place at all
Service keeps getting worse at this location just go further down the street. Server was training a new server which is scary because bad service is just getting propagated. Order a burger and got mac n cheese instead... Was there for a Birthday and everyone around was getting sang to but our table. Never asked how the food was. Not very busy but hardly came by the table. Asked for a refill of fries that took forever and wasn't even a handful worth. Service sucks!!! Empty restaurant and apparently no one here to run the place. People at front were extremely rude!!!! Won’t be back!! Had to leave hungry!!
Our waitresses Destiny and Whitney were incredible,friendly and fast! We will be back at this location again!
A little overpriced for what we got. Flavor was good though.
My sons food came cold, took them 20 minutes to make a salad, and I had to ask 3 different people to bring me sauce.
