Best burgers in town. I have tried all of them and can never decide which one i want.
Really no bus boys or dishwashers? Making servers do those tasks while TRYING to make their customers happy, didn't work. Angry server. Angry customer. Not a good day
Came in today with my mom. We had a new waitress. The place was very busy but because there were only 2 of us we were seated immediately. We made our drink orders right away and ordered an appetizer. We did get our drinks but the people who came in after us and ordered their appetizer got theirs 1st. Cleanliness.svc to slow I think our waiter was so tired on his shift
We used Red Robin's new Burger Bar for an event with 40 people. Ryan was amazing at covering details and giving me options that were suitable for our group. I also really appreciated that they followed up with you the day of the event to collect a card number and confirm the order and delivery details. As someone who orders a lot of catering, I appreciate knowing that I'm on their radar especially since I usually order a couple days in advance. Just ordered to-go, got home and my grilled cheese wasn't even grilled and one of my boyfriends hamburger patties were still super pink when I specifically put that he wanted NO PINK so that was a waste of 3 dollars or however much it was for the extra patty. Uhm... wth Red Robin? We usually enjoy your food but after tonight, we will take our business elsewhere. Definitely NOT worth the $30 we spent on two meals!
Service was good and people were great! Fish and chips is what I wanted and it was top notch!!!
