RecommendedUsually great service but today was not a good experience, slow service flat beer.
Absolutely, the worst service. We came here a month ago and endured the horrible service throughout our meal. It took forever to get served. We tried it again today and the same thing... the hostess brought us the wrong drinks and then we never had a waiter or waitress come to serve us. We got up and walked out. Red Robin is one of our favorite restaurants and this is highly disappointing! This needs to be addressed. I'm not the only one giving y'all bad reviews!
Food was cold when I got it just had them microwave it to warm it up and no compensation for my inconvenience.
RecommendedOur experience was awesome! The staff was very friendly and the manager was out on the floor helping her servers and checking on customers and our waitress was so friendly and it was just a great place to have dinner. If we were to give this restaurant a rating from 1-10 we would give it a 10+ Thank you Res Robin for a wonderful dining experience!

My family and I ate at Red Tobin tonight. Our waiter, I think his name was Michael (but I can’t be sure since his name tag read Avocado), took our order and then disappeared. Someone else delivered our food. Then my beverage ran out and it took forever to find our waiter to get a refill. It took 5 minutes for him to bring it. When he finally brought the check it was over 15 minutes before he came back to get my payment. RecommendedUsually I’m very happy with my food but my order tonight I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. I asked for a well done burger (NO PINK, I think you called it?) and yet here I am with a pink burger... in only the first bite 🤢 I can’t even eat this. Waste of $20. Thanks.
