They burned my food, had to wait longer then anticipated. Then got sick on their food. Won't be goning back!
I was so happy when Red Robin finally came to Baton Rouge. I always get my FREE birthday burger with steak fries. But throughout the year, when I visit, I am never dissatisfied with my food. Every burger I've ever tried was delicious. Oh yeah, try the shake too! Red Robin was worth the wait. Need more location in Baton Rouge, LA.
all i can say was that the prime rib was a yum yum �� and our waiter was awsome �
Ordered some food for takeout I ordered a burger and a gooey ice cream brownie the brownie was as hard as a rock literally. And they forgot the ice cream, and the burger was ok wasn't really worth $13. Only reason it has two stars is because the manager gave me a refund on the brownie he handled it professionally but this is my 3rd time coming here and after this I will never EVER come back. The first two times I ate inside and the service was horrible. Will never recommend anybody come here.
Great specialty burgers and our waiter was super.. Can't and won't try to speak for anyone else but my experience at RED ROBIN was perfect,, all around.. ����
Sunday, June 4th, we visited the Mall of Louisiana location in Baton Rouge for my God child's birthday. It was my first visit to a Red Robin location....THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! The food was great and the service was awesome! I would definitely be back.
Toni has been our waiter the last couple times we've been here. He is by far the best one we have had serve us. So sweet and stays on top of things. Our kids love him! We love the burgers and he just makes the experience so much better. �
They were not half full and didn't have enough wait staff on a Saturday night. Service was vary slow and the manger on duty walked past us at least 4 times without speaking. Over half the tables were empty and we still had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated.
Food was wonderful, service was just as good & the root beer float brought back memories of my childhood :-) we will be back. The chicken sandwich was the bomb!
