I was in town visiting family. We went to Red Robin one night for dinner. I’m so glad I choose to get a burger! I had the Chophouse Burger. It was delicious! It was terrible weather outside and was given a kind greeting at the door. I would recommend!
Our Waiter was Hispanic but we didn’t catch his name. He was very nice and knew everything on the menu to help us order. When we asked for extra fries, they were brought out on time and our drinks were always full! Overall we had a great experience. Thanks!
All five of us really enjoyed our burgers. Fries were fresh and perfectly cooked. Our waitress, Faith, was excellent.
Food was ok. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks another 15-20 minutes to get our appetizers, one took longer so we cancelled that one. No silverware, we had to request it. After 60 minutes our orders came out. Not exactly what we ordered they offered to make it right but after a total of 2 hours of sitting we knew it would take another hour. Bill was $92.00 for 4. The table who ordered after we did got their food 30 minutes before we did.
This was my second trip ever to this location and both times I am being nice when I say it was mediocre both times. we had the pulled pork chips for appetizer it was $9 and it was probably the smallest appetizer I'll have ever seen for that price, barely any pork on it and three of us ate off of it and maybe got 3 chips each. I really think this place is very overpriced, three adults and one child was $55 for just okay burgers and a very subpar appetizer. It was good only thing the cook has to put less ingredients in the food they exaggerate i order a Caesar salad in it had to much lemon juice or the dressing had to much lemon juice
