Waited 15 minutes at our table and no one took our order. We were surrounded by dirty tables. The restaurant was not busy or full. I asked the manager if he could send someone over and it felt like I was bothering him. He couldn't even take our drink orders. We left after it seemed like no one would be coming to our table.
