Fast service and good food. I enjoyed my first experience there a lot, and I will go back. It's always a 5-star if I'll go back.
I visited the Lafayette location, I am in bed sick! Food was cold I ordered take out and it was not even busy. I got the fries remade burger was cold onion strings were not fresh. I suffer with Gastritis and I am in bed sick. I will never visit there again!!
Server was poor. Never refilled my water. Half our order was screwed up. Then we go to pay on the kiosk and discover that the tip calculator/slider is very incorrect. So if you want to give 20%, it will actually give 33%. Not cool. More sad that the manager had no idea what 20% of $17 was. Said he needed his calculator. Two old ladies figured it out without technology.
Waitress decided to add a larger tip to my tab which already had a larger than average tip on it. Manager must not mind dishonest employees so beware.
We drove 90 miles just to eat at Red Robin Worth the drive.
Ive been there a few times service was awesome i go eat there everytime i go to the mall never had a bad experience..i just wish they would have another location closer to where i live.
Fish and chips were first class, however, we ordered a tower of doughnuts to be told that they had run out....ten minutes after we ordered them and at 5:00pm on a Sunday!!! That should never happen.
