My service was not the best, food came seperate mine first then my husbands. But once all was resolved the food was delicious.
We had great service....food was exactly what we ordered....we stayed a long time because we were busy chatting with our friend. The only complaint is that after entering our Red Robin card and credit card into the table entry system, we never received our receipt, so we have no idea how much our bill was????😳
Slow service for seating and food ☹ Most likely won't go back...
The last time we went in they messed up my gluten-free burger by putting fried jalapeño coins on it, when I asked to not have those included in the first place. The manager "made it up to us" by giving an expired coupon. And every time I call to place a takeout order I'm always on hold for at least 10mins. I even have a screen shot of it on my phone and would include it in this review if I had that option.
Love all the mushrooms on the mushroom burger, and the apps!
