Usually a dependable experience. But not yesterday, August 20. The restaurant was busier than anticipated. Lots of empty tables but still a wait to be seated. The floors were dirty needing at least a sweep if not a mop. Our server was working a double and was overwhelmed with the number of tables she was covering. The food service was slow too so there were probably not enough cooks in the kitchen. At least the food was as tasty as usual. That’s what brought the score up to a 3. Maybe next time.

There were no busers for the tables we got our appetizer once we finished our dinner without the old GM this place is having troubles
My pregnant girlfriend and I went in for her birthday. This was my first time at any red robin. It was packed but despite that, our wait time was very low. Our server Kellen was absolutely amazing. Not just amazing to us but in his interactions with everyone around him. Hands downs, we will go back to this location because of it. Thank you for giving us this great experience!
Excellent service, excellent food, and our server was an absolutely wonderful guy, who took care of us, even with all of the issues presented by late arrivals, and a large group. Jason, if you read this, "Thanks again, for making our evening a wonderful night of celebration. Red Robin at the Esplanade in Hillsboro is doing a great job of taking care of their guests.
We usually only go out to eat on the kids birthdays, and most of them choose Red Robin. However this time when we went we had a bunch of issues. We waited 30 minutes longer than expected to be seated, even though the place wasn’t that busy. Another 40 minutes for our food, which showed up cold and we were not offered fry refills as per the norm. Okay not the best experience, but top it off with my card being charged more than I signed for. Wow.
