had reservations waited at least 20 minutes for our table. ordered food was on the way. over an hour later,burgers out first, sandwiches,salad and then mac and cheese and corn dog..and finally the chicken ensanada. management never came to table to apologize .. won't be going back there anytime soon... this isn't the first time at the Hillsboro store, they should fire the manager, she sucks.
Called in my to go order 45 minutes ago. Been waiting 20 minutes standing at the bar for it to arrive. Still waiting as I type.
Ever since the new upgrade this Red Robin has went downhill. The food's inconsistent, comes out cold or doesn't come out at all. Tonight we ordered the new Hercules colossal burger. The hamburger with BBQ brisket although mine had crumbles of brisket half a bag of lettuce and a beef patty on it. Cost $14.95 that's one expensive burger for a beef patty and lettuce.
