We just the the WORST service at this Red Robin. She took our order and we never saw her again. The server that brought our food out was better then her. She didn't even look our direction. I ended up having to pay in the electronic machine. Then 5 minutes after that she Finally came over because my Fiance made eye contact with her after going to the bathroom. We asked for to go drinks and she got that wrong. I've been in customer service for 20 years and have never had that kinda service. Horrible...
Service was soooooo slow. Almost 30 mins for our burgers and food and there were maybe 5 tables in the whole joint. Food was good but we won’t be back. No urge in the world is worth a 30in wait.
Was a terrible experience had to wait for over hour when my husband couldn’t sit in booth. Another customer called the manager and complained about our wait they quickly cleared a table and left us sit another 15 minuets with no menu or anyone checking back. We use to go there but this was our last time!
The good was good. The waitress we had was horrible. I've never had such bad service anywhere
Awesome burgers & dessert, mud slide is to die for.takes 2 people to eat it.
