me and my son were seated and sat for 10 minutes or multiple employees passed us not one asked if we've been helped or even acknowledged us I would have thought the group of employees hiding behind the small service Wall playing and laughing on their phones would have been more help so we left we will just stop at Sonic and grab a burger
I told the waitress I wanted to order ala cart. 2 patties, chedder, fried egg and bacon. She then asked if I want fries, no I don't do carbs there for ala cart. When she brought it out is was on a bun and with fries. Not what I ordered. All she said was they all come with fries. Knowing we were not happy she chose to ignore us, didn't offer up a manager or even an apology. RecommendedGreat service, good food, but drinks are way to expensive
First off we were sat at a broken table while the restaurant was not busy. Waitress was terrible. We waited several minutes each time for drink refills. Steak fries were served cold. Disappointing experience.

Terrible food and there were dead ants and flies all around our booth. Waitress and manager were very nice and took our food off but the environment was filthy.
