Went for my sons birthday and got overcharged for drinks on the kids meals and took forever for drinks and food. Waitress was clueless. I contacted corporate and they promised a gift card and a call from the store manage....nothing. Nada. Very bad customer service. Get it together.

Food is good but they have one of the rudest bartenders I have ever had. I'm not sure what her name was but she was extremely rude. My waitress asked her to ring me up a shake because I was at the bar where SHE worked and she basically told the waitress to do it herself in a very rude and condescending way. I Ya my waitress to just forget about it and left without ordering anything! I did like red robin and me and my family ate there all the time but now I will go elsewhere.
We've eaten here many times and this was the WORST experience we've had dining ANYWHERE in a long time. Screaming children all over the restaurant (which I know the restaurant can't do anything about), took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us to get our drinks (and it was the hostess that sat us), food took FOREVER, had to constantly ask for more drinks (manager that brought us our food got snippy and seemed put out when I asked for a refill for my child) and fry refills took even longer. Horrible service and substandard food don't go here go somewhere else.
Pretty good food but nothing to brag about, it's pricy. Really good fries. The help was good and we were seated fast. If you come here, come early. Restaurants around here fill up quick at night.
