We like the food but the service always is horrible. I would visit more often if the servers were better.
We love this place, but last night we were a bit disappointed in the service we got. I ordered a soup & sandwich combo, because the soup would warm me up, well my soup was luke warm not hot! I was disappointed but didn't say anything, took a couple bits & my husband tried it & asked if I wanted him to say something, I said no but should have said yes! Service was slow, we had to wait to place our order & my husband didn't get his bottomless fries......they never brought them out!
Food was good, fries didn't come out hot and lately it seems portion size on things have shrunk. You don't get many fries at first or when you ask for another portion you don't get much. Burgers seem smaller even. Our server seemed stretched thin, too many tables for the one person, which came out in speed and attitude, she was rushing around and it almost felt like we were an inconvenience to her. Spouse's chicken was tough and not tender and she got a chicken sandwich.
The burger was great and the lady waiting on us was great at her job

Such a great place for food. It is really good. Love it.
Love their desserts and the service was quick when we needed something.
