Pub Mac n Cheese was ice cold and by the time they replaced everybody else was done eating. No apology or discount offered at all. Never going back.
Good Service. Shitty food !!! I been to the West Hartford RR NEVER a issue with anything. We went to Danbury RR cause we shopped at the mall . Danbury RR never again!!!
I have been going every Wednesday I sit in the bar area since November 2016. I met Matt snd Jeff the first night and was impressed by the way they worked, also the treated me the customer. The food was prefect, over time I now design my own burger.I have had the privilege of merting many of the staff including John the manager. I look forward to each Wednesday Look below and see one of the reasons I do. This is perfection done by Nelly.
