I will never eat at this place again... the last few times the service was poor at best.. this last time Deissy and I went with Daniel. Daniel wanted something else so we brought a little something in and they wouldn't let us in... we would have spent probably $50 at least.. guess it isn't worth it if our 4 year old son wanted a little something else.. #RedRobinDanburySUX #neveragain
Good burgers, sweet server, waited 45 minutes to hour for food.
Service was beyond slow, some of the food was cold, and dessert came out piecemeal so that the first person was almost done by the time everyone else got their dessert.
The burgers are delicious but The time it takes to get your food isn't worth it.
This place was great! We had to wait a bit to even put our name in, but that was to be expected considering it was prime dinner time on a Saturday night. Our waitress was really great, also. Our 8-year old son has peanut and tree nut allergies, and when we told our waitress, she wad very sympathetic and understanding. She looked up information on her tablet to make sure their food was safe for our son to eat, and she even went to the kitchen to verbally check with the cooks. And their burgers are awesome! Sloooooooooooooowest and most unattentive service ever!!!!!
Horrible service, cleanliness, and for a place that specializes in burgers, McD's is better and cheaper! Burgers should be cooked to order, not all "well done". Awful. Beer was cold, but served in the wrong glass. I ordered a Stella, which has their own glass, even pictured next to a burger my husband ordered.
Great first time love the food also the service was great
