Horrible staff. Slow and unprofessional service. Avoid this place at all costs.
When I first heard about Red Robin Gourmet from a friend, it was "the best burger I ever ate". So I had to check, and I definitely agree with my friend.
A great place to stop by for a Hamburger. Waitstaff is most friendly. Love the endless fries. Service is great and I like the atmosphere. My favorite burger is the one with the sunny side up egg on it. I do not mind eating it with a knife and fork. I have been coming here since the day they opened in Danbury. I was also a participant in the pre opening.
Went there with my wife and daughter for a little fun father's day lunch stop. Let's just say entire experience was horrible. Waitress basically ignored us our entire visit. Waited over 45 minutes to get food and it was wrong and the spiciest item on the menu. What was the waitress's solution? Another free order of fries. Oh thank you so much for ore bottomless fries! Don't ever plan on going back!

My husband and I had our first visit to a Red Robin today. Our server Samantha was a delight. The food was delish. Visit the Danbury RR. You won't be disappointed.
