Great Burger. Great Steak Fries. Delicious Mac and Cheese!!�
come to Red Robin’s after a day of baseball and it was a terrible disappointment. Took forever, orders all messed up, checks took over 15 mins to get right. Spent almost 3 hours between waiting for food and checks!! This was on a Sunday around 6 and restaurant wasn’t that busy. The hostess was great. The manager was at my table in seconds after that. She was very apologetic and remade our food. Sad thing is we play in CR a lot and our team won’t be coming back again!
Went there Friday night wasn’t really busy the waitress we had kinda sucked we had to ask for silverware and when she brought the beer to the table it was in warm mugs....
Best burgers I had in a long time, we always stop there when we go to Cedar Rapids. friendly staff
Only giving 5 stars for the efforts of the manager! Sat for almost 10 minutes without any greeting at all. Got up to leave and was stopped by the manager. She approached and asked if we had been helped. Advised no, and she quickly corrected the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure a good ending. The food was good.
When here tonight with my family. We waited and waited for a server and even pressed the call server button in the touch screen and no service. We walked out!!! Too bad my wife really likes this place.
