We had Edwin as our server. He is simply amazing. Best service I have ever received at any restaurant. Food was good but my experience was amazing since we had such a sweet, caring, and attentive server.
A great burger joint. Quite the selection
Shawnee was our waitress, she was very good. When my fries came out wrong she immediately took them off the bill, and told me to keep the ones that were wrong. I’ve always loved Red Robin’s burgers and yesterday was no exception!
Was hungry for a hamburger today so three of us went. It was so COLD in there. I had a jacket on and another one with us had to go to the car to get a jacket. My husband was ready to gulp his drink and leave. I was going to order a malt but decided it was to cold to have a ice cream drink. The food was good but can’t the manager feel the cold air. Our waitress said yes it was cold.
TRASH SERVICE AND STAFF. CONSISTENTLY POOR SERVICE, CANNOT TAKE ORDERS RIGHT EVER.
Thank you to the manager and chef who made a batch of clam chowder for me last night. It was late when we arrived. Nothing was appealing; I just wanted something light. I ordered clam chowder and salad but was told that the clam chowder had sold out. I picked another soup in disappointment. Then our server said that the manager had offered to make more. I appreciated the gesture and really enjoyed my meal. Thank you!
Great service yesterday afternoon. Awesome waitress! we had 5 small children with us and she was great! Thanks!
Good service. Good food. Even got someone else's fries, before we got our food. No complaints! lol
