The service was horrible....the fries were hard and cold...and the server didn't even come to our table for at least ten minutes to take our drink order....and personally they are very overpriced....I won't be going back
Once again the service disappoints. Slow in getting any fries. Never brought all the drinks. I finally had to ask again before leaving for a water. Croissant bun had mold. I quit going for 6 months but had a gift card. If I get another gift card for Red Robin I will regift instead of putting up with such a horrible eating establishment. I told the server about the lack of service and he did not care.
Food was good. Worst waitress I've ever had. Rude. Didn't bring anything we asked her to bring even after asking multiple times.
The burgers and bottomless fries are always great.
Amazing food and even more incredible customer service
Great food Horrible Manager Dan,My wife recently quit there because a run in she had with Dan the store manager. Won't get into details on here much because we are in talks with our lawyer to see if they can get this POS human fired. Will never go there again as long as he is there , And we will be telling our story to everyone we see.. Oh and the headquarters office does not see to care that they have a horrible human working for them...
Best burgers in town, period!
Great food, but man the service was slow. The waitress must have had a hard time finding her way around because we never saw her.
We have gone there for years and have loved it. But their service has gone downhill. Last time we went we ended up leaving because no one came to our table after ten minutes of waiting. When we arrived it was 4:30 and there wasn't anyone else waiting to be seated. After waiting 5 minutes, a bar tender finally sat us. We sat at our table for ten minutes, with servers passing by, until we decided to leave. We love their food and have gone for years as a family, but no longer will be supporting them after such horrible service.
