Burger was undercooked almost raw in portions. Wait staff was slow. Small portions on the so called bottomless fries. Due to the slow service could not get refills of the fries during when wanted. What is up with the tiny fry servings?

Service was hands down the worst I have ever had!! Had to ask 2-3 times for EVERYTHING. Mitch was a horrible waiter, and they weren't even busy!!
Didn't have a burger this time (The burgers are GREAT) but the Fish&Chips are totally blinding. That's British slang for Excellent.
My bf says we shuda ate at Sonics .. The fries I loved. We both had dbl cheeseburgers.. Will visit again but try sumthin different.
The servers are nice and friendly. The food good.
