I called ahead for my group to make a reservation, only to find out that Red Robin did not accept reservations. Immediately following, I went to the restaurant to get a table. We waited an hour and a half to get a table. After being seated, we waited nearly 20 minutes for the wait staff to take our drink order. After ordering a bottomless root beer float and bottomless fries, we found out why they could afford to do bottomless items. This was my first time at Red Robin. I was pretty impressed with the food and atmosphere. Will want to eat there more often.
Took us 55 min to get are food and the bacon on the burgers was raw the thing was they where not that busy. When we had eaten there one time before it was good but went way down hill
They were too busy. The service was ok. The burger was missing tomatoes, but tasted ok I asked about it, that's where things went bad , they took burger and said they'd do it over and give me a new one. I was still happy with the one I had but it was taken. .. Well it was fast, here's the new one, The bun's were over toasted and hard and dry The burger was way past over cooked, it was BAD. Was my second time eating here. Our food was hot and great and our waitress Jess did a great job on checking up with us as well as staying positive while it was busy.
Always great food and service! Love the atmosphere too
We love the food at Red Robin but the last few times the service has been so slow. This time we waited 45 minutes from the time we were seated to get our food. This was bad as some were on their lunch break.
Burgers And all food is really cool but services could be faster.
