To Go Order was quick and service was awesome when it came to giving me all the condiments I requested for my burgers and wrap. Btw U love the " new" to go container...it makes it easier to check the accuracy of my order. I just wished the Red Robin in Idaho can be as good as you guys��
Hamburger was spectacular 20 different varieties. Coleslaw left a lot to be desired. French fries were excellent large cuts. Hostesses need a little bit of training to know what's going on with the carry-out orders. But with seating for 380 they were busy
Decided to try Red Robin through Grubhub even though I haven’t ever had a great experience with Red Robin in general. We did get our food delivered but it wasn’t complete. I called immediately and spoke with a manager who couldn’t be bothered to help me get my meal fixed, which was for my daughter. The manager told me that it was their dinner rush in the restaurant and she would have to call me later. I never received a phone call and never got my order complete, the order I paid for. The food was good but our service was very slow & the cook got some of the order wrong. The chairs are very uncomfortable (had to stand up a few times while waiting for our food) and made my back & sciatica flare up. I would recommend a booth rather than a table.

Hvnt been to a red robins in quite awhile,, wow, BLOWN AWAY,, food was amazing. So good. Our waitress was excellent w a party of nine w two children! And the total bill wasnt that bad on my wallet!
