I visited the S Eastern location this week with my daughter. My first time at this location. We took advantage of a "free tavern burger" with the purchase of two drinks and another burger. My burger was great but i was given a small amount of fries. Our server was ok but didn't take the time to check if we needed anything else during our meal. It was delicious and the service was good too. Little on the pricey side for burgers, but you get bottomless fries.
Excellent restaurant the staff is always superb and our attendant yesterday was destiny and she was awesome! Very professional, nice and quick! Overall great experience.
Had not been to Red Robin in a few years as I have celiac. Recently checked your website and found the fries are ok and that you now have a gluten free bun. I was a happy camper!!! Came for dinner Wed night and my experience my family and I had was the worse. Our waiter Devon didn't come to check on us until she saw the busboy getting the things we needed. He was more helpful than her. I watched her go to every table and not once come back to ours to ask if we needed anything. It took her forever to bring the sweetener for my iced tea, food was cold and their were only five fries on our plates although we rec'vd bottomless fries. My husband and I came into your restaurant tonight with our two children. We were sat at a table very quickly. We then sat there for at least twenty minutes without anyone even greeting us or taking our drink order. We watched other tables be sat and their orders taken. If my husband wasn't feeding my baby we would have left a lot quicker. We even hit the call server button on the tablet at our table and still no one came to assist us for ten more minutes. Always great. Food, service, and atmosphere are what we look for in a restaurant and they've got it.
Bad service, and slow !! Never came with our bottomless French fry refill and really wanted them since the first serving was way too salty couldn't even eat. We ordered a birthday song and it never came either! They messed up our check too.
Cobb Salad main ingredient is hard boiled eggs ☆☆ being substituted with cucumbers as they are out of eggs ☆☆ sorry HUGE price difference & manager insults customers with 50 cent deduction off bill & then manager feels he can tell customers his cost on produce ☆☆ Very dissatisfied!
