Horrible service! My son and I were served our drinks quickly but then sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for the Waiter to take our dinner order. He was helping and serving everyone around us but never once took out order or came back to our table. We finally got up and left! This was at about 6:30 pm tonight! Very disappointed to say the least!
Don't expect service if you sit on the bar side during lunch at this location. We love Red Robin, so this experience was disappointing.
This was our first time eating at any Red Robin and I loved it!!! The Voodoo fries were amazing and so was my Big Siracha Burger!!! Only problem...not enough room in my stomach lol. Our server was friendly, efficient and he pre-bussed etc...I hate dishes at my elbow so major points there. Not only did I tip him 26% of my check, but I'll DEFINITELY be back. Great job and thanks for the wonderful experience!
I have a royal burger it was delicious !!! The restaurant is nice and clean and the wait staff is very very kind
