The burgers are very tasty, the fries are delicious and the service is Wonderful!! I most definitely will be back.
We brought our two grandaughters here tonight to celebrate our ones 8th birthday! I told our waitress it was her birthday and she acknowledged it! Took forever to get our food, my burger was cold, had to ask for water refills like 3 times before we got them. Our grandaughter was so excited as the crew came to another table to sing Happy Birthday and she kept saying grandma when will they come to sing to me and nope they never did! We went for dinner for my kids birthdays. We waited 50 mins for our food and when it came several of the burgers were cold. So of course not the best experience however the manager came over and more than made up for it. That level of customer service will def make us return. Sometimes it’s just not a good night so hopefully next time will go better. I appreciate the managers attentive nature

I ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter and a drink for myself. 10 minutes later still no drinks. then she comes back and tells me they are out of something for the drink i wanted so i ordered something else. 10 more minutes and still no drinks not even my childs chocolate milk. our food comes and she comes and says she will check on our drinks. finally brings the chocolate milk and says they are making my drink now....10 minutes after i ordered it. so i just cancelled it and ate my sub par food and left.
I just threw up for the 3rd time from a burger and fries i ate at Red Robin yesterday afternoon. The silverware was filthy with food on it already and the glasses had lipstick on them. It was my first time there and definitely my last. I feel ripped off.
It was busy rush hour dinner time, so there’s that. Needed table for 4 plus a high chair. Didn’t get a table that was high chair friendly. Had to ask for children’s menu’s even though it was pretty obvious we had kids with us. Waiter was great. Hostess at front desk, needs a new job.
I had a $1.99 entertainment fee, which is what is charged when you pay with the tablet. We didn't even get a tablet at our table until it was time to pay. I had no idea about this charge in the first place. Not sure if I will ever go back to a Red Robin.
