Terrible service. Waiter brought food after a very long time with no ketchup

Sat at the bar and had the best burgers we've had in a long time. The bartender, who was our server, rocked. RR is lucky to have her. RR has moved to our #2 spot for burgers...
Outstanding burgers and the mile high mud pie is to die for! I eat here on average twice a month and I'm extremely unhappy to.find out they haven't been adding my points to my loyalty card! If I'm spending an average of 100 dollars a month in your restraunts, why do I only have 2 points on my loyalty card! Looks like that 100 a month will start going to another burger joint...
