For some reason, I come back here because I figure the service will miraculously get better- that it must have been a bad day, short staffed, etc. Tonight's visit solidified I will never step foot in this Red Robin again. Our waitress was very inattentive, failed to refill drinks, my fries were cold and my burger was beyond burnt. My last visit I was told I couldn't use my free birthday burger because they had a 20% off a burger deal for Loyalty members instead. love the food, love the decor, love it every time I go!
Food was fine, but as the norm...the service sucked (and that's being generous). Waiter was non existent, only brought fry and drink refills after multiple reminders, appetizers came out literally 3 minutes before the meal and even though they had a big specials sign out in the foyer advertising "not your fathers root beer" they were out of it. Now that's a hamburger. Made the way you want. Not a piece of cardboard like those fast-food restaurants.
They are fantastic......juicy.....if I could I would go there at least 2 times a week.
Today I brought my family to Red Robin for the first time. It's Veterans Day and they had a burger that I could get for being a Veteran. It was busy so we put our name on the list after patiently waiting almost an hour and seeing others sit that came in after we did I went to the host to ask how much longer it would be, he said we don't have your name....are you kidding?? Then the kid named "Cooper" that was responsible for seating people said to us "sorry, there is nothing I can do". Poor customer service to tell a Veteran ... read more
Really, Red Robin? 7pm Sat. Aug. 1, party of 2 12+ tables empty, and its a 15-20 minute wait with only one couple ahead of us?????
