Red Robin has been at the Pheasant Lane Mall ever since Jordan March closed. We never went in thinking it was just another burger place. My daughter and I went in one day a few weeks ago. They sat us at a table where we could not put the baby on the end and immediately moved us to a better table. From then on the service was great. Now when ever we go past the mall or go to the mall my 4 year old grandson asks to go to Red Robinhood. He loves it. Had slow service tonight. Server was slow. My daughter had a long hair on her burger and the manager came over and just said oh sorry. It's disgusting. Didn't even take it off the bill. Not happy at all. Food was just ok.
1 hour wait to be seated after being told it be 15-20 minutes ... Piss poor excuse for the wait time was trying to find a table to seat 5 ( 2 adults 3 kids under 6) . AND After repeatedly saying a booth would be fine....
