Ive been to Red Robin in Salem, NH. And love their food so I knew it would be delicious. Got seated right away and wait staff was very helpful and attentative. One comment. I downsized for a dollar less to a junior and ended up with a MUCH smaller and thinner burger. I wont do that again. Also know that there is a $2.00 fee to play the games.
Food was good when it actually came how we asked for! Waitress was horrible, forgot to bring ranch sauce, we asked for extra fries never got them, and didn't get extra drinks like we asked! Also she was always passing by our table but was always checking her cell phone instead of asking if we needed anything or even just bringing what we asked..
Service was slow and horrible! The table next to us came after and got their food before hand! Will never return!
