I don't think I have ever done a horrible review in my life. It took 40 min to get two hamburgers. I saw two waitresses arguing the whole time. One made the other cry. Took fifteen min to get more fries. Then waited a half hour for a check when we had no food in front of us at all. I then witnessed a different waitress drop a plate full of fries on another couple. In the three years I have been with my gf and the numerous amounts of restaurants we have been too this was by far the worst experience I have had .
Awful and slow over 40 minutes for our burgers to come out and they were wrong
Recommendedwent today during school vacation so it was very busy but the hostesses were very friendly and were moving quickly, several other guests were very rude and pushy demanding to be sat right then and there ahead of all us waiting already, Our waitress was very overwhelmed with tables but managed to be fast,happy and friendly even joked around with us. our food was fast hot and good only bad thing were our drinks from the bar very watered down and tasted terrible Will definitely be back just will order sodas from now on.
Great Burgers , Good Service
Stale buns, refried fries and forgot my bbq sauce on Smokey tavern burger. Won’t be back. Wish I had our $32 bucks back. Family chopped from our list of burger places. McDonald would have been cheaper and fresh too! Seriously I’m sorry I didn’t say something before I left tonight at 5.30. CHOP!
Was visiting town on Saturday and stopped in for lunch. We were seated by the bar and our waitress Anabella was awesome. The bartender had to leave and she was not only tending bar, but waiting on all the tables and running food. She did an amazing job and i hope someone on the management team sees this and recognizes her for the great employee she is. Oh and the burgers were awesome too...
Good burger and onion rings We don’t eat a lot of food and never get a face or attitude when we ask for one burger cut in half.
Enjoyable atmosphere, great service and good food.
My husband being a veteran we were welcome with a smile. Than manager came thank him for his service and a return ticket for free milkshake. Etc. we will be back.
