The service was absolutely great, almost over the top. Four staff members checking up on us. The food was perfect! My wife and I left very happy . Couldn't ask for better.
We go to there all the time and usually have great service, last night was not the case. Food was great except for the sweet potato fries, they were delivered cold. Our server never checked back with us to see how our food was. It took two requests to get additional dressing for my salad. There definitely was no friendly atmosphere. Maybe we have been spoiled by always getting exceptional service all the time, but this visit left a very bad taste on our trip.
Went for my son's birthday. Food was great, service really lacked. Got seated quickly, but the waitress took forever to take our order and even longer to bring the food. Had to wait again for a fry refill, and gave up waiting for a soda refill. Wanted to get desert for my son's birthday, but we gave up. Loved the food, the service sucks.
I had a sauteed mushroom burger, mushrooms were raw. Literally had 15 fries. Looked very unappetizing. Looked like it was left on the side of the grill for hours. Asked the waiter if they were having some budget cuts. Didn't offer any assistance with my dissatisfaction. Got an undercooked grill cheese, how can you mess up a grill chesse. My friends have their own complaints about their food. We immidiately asked for manager and waited before we walked out. Absolutely unimpressed and underwhelmed.
Went Saturday with my husband for lunch. Seated quickly. Love love love that the bartenders introduced themselves as a team ! James was an incredible waiter! Answered all our questions , pleasant, and funny. Food and service was awesome. Both bartenders great !
