If I could give it 0, I would. The lady manager who was on for lunch yesterday (2/24) was rude and only made excuses for everything. Not very helpful when your food comes out cold.
Wish I could give zero stars. I placed a togo order and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 mins. By the time I got there 20 mins had pass. I was told my one burger was not ready. I ask how much longer i had to wait, and couldn't get any kind of answer. I waited a few mins and then asked the guy to speak to a manager. The food was really good. The service was good and friendly.
Food was very tasty. Good price and large portion. Burger could be hotter.
Jesse was our waiter today and he is incredible. He went above and beyond while taking care of our table. He Is an asset to the company and we loved having him as our waiter. Our meal was delicious. Our son loves red Robin and Jesse made him feel extra special today while we were there. Thank you for making our visit fabulous Jesse.
Very disappointed with the service...pushy server messed up my drink order and no birthday singing for my daughter's birthday. First time I ever experienced this bad a visit. You have been warned!

The burgers are pre made and lack character the bathrooms aren't wheel chair accessible and the famous freckled lemonade is bitter and not good at all I was so excited to visit this place but never ever again.
Worst serve ever. Seated us after we waited 5 minutes in the lobby. Sat at our table for 15 minutes and not one person came to take any order(drinks or food). Wont go back again. Crappy staff service
