Negative experience! From chaos as we walked in the door to way too many servers running around doing nothing to help anyone! Our server disappeared for 20 minutes! Never came to ask how is everything, or refill the bottomless entries we ordered. The mini corn dogs off the KIDS MENU were so overcooked the breading was hard. I got a veggie burger and it came with deep fried soggy mushrooms on it - gross! Will not be returning.
For a chain of burgers restaurants Red Robin is one of the better ones. Stopped while out Christmas shopping and stopped for lunch. I had a Red Robin double burger and my friend had clucks and chucks. Both were very good. Our server was great with drink refills and making sure our needs were taken care of. A very nice experience.

Got prime rib sandwich and was terrible...not worth the $14.49. Also my daughter ordered fries with some of their special sauces and by the time she received them her fries were cold and almost gone.

They handled large crowds efficiently. Food was exactly what we ordered and service was timely.
Our burgers were great as always. Waitress was inattentive, never checked on us after delivering our food and never refilled our empty drinks. The men's bathroom was not clean making one wonder if the kitchen is clean.
Food was great, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
