Unbelievable I asked for American cheese no onion...first burger has onions...second on has swiss...but these items I can't stand...get it together Red Robin

Huge fan of their allergy friendly menu. Brandon- server- took notes and still brought mgr to double check. That was awesome. Food was good- as expected. This is a quick/ easy/ cheap family eatery Only wish I kept the receipt to send "corporate survey".
last time i was there i had the southern charm burger and it was absolutely one of the best burgers i ever had.
One of the best places I've ever eaten . . . and they were wonderful to the children! This will be high on my list of the best places I've ever been. :-)
No salad dressing, very little lettuce, burnt bacon. Take out orders don't matter apparently.
My first trip there with the family since the menu changed. It's now fast good quality at restaurant prices. Kids menu items like the corn dog now come bite size, so the kids (5 & 7) don't even like it. It used to be an nice place to eat with the kids once a month. We won't be back.

Gary the manager was wonderful. We had quite a wait tonight which was unusual, but he really went above and beyond to compensate. Our waitress Lindsey was wonderful as well.
