The worst service I’ve had in a long time. Waitress never once came to check on us. Took 15 minutes to take our drink order. 30 minutes to get our check. And they were not very busy.
A variety of burgers as well as bottomless 🍟 and bottomless beverages! (rootbeer floats) yum!!
Good for all ages. Somewhat hard to move around inside due to how close tables and chairs are.

Southern charm burger is delicious
Service sucks, I had a take-out and was given the wrong order. I called and spoke to management, she ask me what do I want, lady I wanted to be reimburse for your mix up.
The following day I went back to red robin and was charged twice for the side item I never received, they didn't offer anything for the inconvenience they cause.
