I would just like to say how much I love your service for shutting my card off friday while stranded at the airport in the middle of the night while trying to find a lyft and there is tonight, after driving 1,190 miles I pull into a hotel to get much needed rest or so I thought! thank you for blocking/shutting off my card in the middle of a road trip. I'd expect this kind of trash service from wood forest. i look forward to closing both my accounts in the very near future!

I applied for the PPP loan through Red River Credit Union and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. They were on top of things! My application was ready to go on Thursday prior to the loan process opening on Friday morning, and I received my loan proceeds the following Monday! It was wonderful working with every person who assisted me, from Patricia Cunningham, to Anna Rayfield, Kathy Adcock, and Brian DePriest! All fabulous representatives of RRFCU! The customer service reps on the 800 number are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. They are rude and lack knowledge on the services that are offered by the CU. How do you talk crazy to the members then hang up in their face because you don’t know answers to simple questions.The only branch that I have never had issues with is the Jewella branch in Shreveport and they are the only reason I still use this credit union. The rest of them could just close the doors.
