By answering the telephone instead of automatedand not putting you on hold. The system could not be down two days in a row.
We had a car loan with RRCU. We payed it off. Two months later I called and asked when I could expect my title. All they could tell me was that their records showed they sent it out already. So I went through the whole lost title application process. An hour, a phone call, a stamp, a photocopy, some printing, a trip to RRCU and a personal check for $2.00. No big deal. I have always been treated personally when I go to any branch of RRFCU. Everyone is always so helpful and wanting to get your banking need(s) settled quickly.
Been member 40+ years. Bought cars and lots of other with loans from them
After many years with RR I closed my account with them. They change employees consistently and they seem to not even be able to do simple math. We have had to call or go back in to have the mistakes fixed. Their customer service has really went down in the last 2 years at ALL locations. Better off with a bank that can know you. Also their fraud department sucks.
