After banking with them for over 30 years I go in to use the coin machine and they want to charge me to use it and put the money into savings.
I feel like I have stepped back in time. We recently moved to the area and decided to open an account. It has been so much trouble since day one. Today I went to the atm to make a deposit. Surprise! You can’t make a deposit? What!? I then wait for the bank to open. They are 8 minutes late opening and a the manager just told me it will be a few more minutes. it is New Year's Eve and none of the ATM machines, online services, the app, or phone systems work. There has been no update or communication from RRFCU providing and explanation.
Get people that know how to talk to people with mental handicaps. I tried for fifteen minutes to ask a question your person would not let me finish asking question I have autism and if you stop me I have to start at beginning.
