I have been a customer of this place before and I try to apply for a loan of $300 and open a checking and savings account, but NO they are way to busy to bother with my little request! I would like to say that I don’t recommend this POS credit union!

RecommendedI have had my credit card through them for years and the times I have had fraud problems they have caught it quickly and have taken care of the problem. I feel safe with them.

can't get anything done over the phone.withoit a phone.no chat feature. cant make car payment through atm can't make deposits at arm's. worse than wells Fargo

I have been a member for 10 years, but will be closing my accounts for good. I loved using RRFCU up until a few years ago when the union started to vastly expand. They now care nothing about their members.. and have no problem making it known.

stop trying to get extra cash out of members. Especially a member that has been with Red River since 2008.
