Mark and his crew did various renovations on the outside of my home. The main project was to remove and replace my soffit and fascia. Much of it had rotted away and looked horrible. Mark recommended redoing my home with vinyl and it came out great! It looks like a new home. As with any construction project, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Mark was always staying in touch with me and was on top of any changes that needed to be made, or things that needed a little TLC. My historic 1935 Sanford house was re-roofed back in 2019 prior to home being placed on the MLS as a complete renovation. Unfortunately for myself and Mark *****, the subcontracted roofers who executed the work under Mark's license poorly executed the work. This resulted in various interior leaks in 2020 from all the rain Florida experienced, and ultimately, Mark honoring the warrantied work done back in 2019, in addition to paying to repair the subsequent interior damage resulting from said leaks. I had Red Rhino Roofing / Mark ***** Construction put a new roof on two of my homes. One was a flat roof and one was shingles. Mark came out and gave me a quote on both that was less than the other quotes that I had received. They were able to start both within days. The reroofs were completed on time. Mark was easy to reach and a good communicator throughout the process. I would highly recommend.
