From initial quote, to installation thru follow up Red Rhino was extremely professional. Workers are not laborers, they are craftsmen. My wife and I are **** and Red Rhino more than satisfied us. This company it's honestly the most dishonest company there is... Ivi ********, and the owner Mark ***** (who used his military background to validate his reputation) yet has no integrity. First they sold us on the idea that they could do stucco on all our buildings based off of their expertise which was just a way for them to try to stick it to us with more money! Red Rhino Roofing exceeded our expectations. Not only was their quote the most competitive, but their time frame was a fraction of other local roofers. Within a few weeks we had our gorgeous new roof, final inspection from the city and a new four point inspection report. Our insurance company is finally happy and our tenants raved about what a great and quick job the roofers did. Red Rhino were very professional, great quality and reasonably priced. My HOA community chose this roofing company to do a $500,000 job in the community. $50,000 more than a more reputable and professional company. We the homeowners are being assessed $10k each for this project for unprofessional workmanship and damages. I had just pressure washed my fences that they managed to get dirty and left stained. Everything that you complained about was resolved. You promised to take the bad review down if we cleaned the back yard. We did, but now you want gutters installed above your front door.
