Red Point has been amazing to my husband and I! We have really enjoyed renting through them! Rich in particular was the best property manager! Our bathroom flooded at 1am the night before Thanksgiving and Rich was at our house by 7am on Thanksgiving morning with a shop vac and working so hard to help us get the house back in order. We have been renting through Red Point and are SO pleased with the experience! They are without a doubt the best property management we have rented from. The apartment is fantastic, decently priced, and they were fairly quick to get some things fixed when we first moved in. Rich was easy to get ahold of throughout the move-in process and had clear, consistent communication. Thank you for everything you guys do!! Renting from you has been a breath of fresh air.
Not a terrible company to rent from. However, i will say they suck with responding and with getting things fixed. I have been left on seen so many times from them. Rent is decent. Apartment came with so many issues to be fixed but werent noticed until after move in ( i also wasnt there for the walk through ) . Just fed up with needing things fixed and being left on seen. Especially when its important :(
