This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs.
