This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs. Showed up on time for our reservationAnd had to stand in a hot corner for over half an hour. Waiter was rude and condescending. Food was not edible (except the prime rib) I'm pretty sure they microwaved my chicken parm it was so bad I had to send it back but it was to late to get anything to replace it. We brought our son for his birthday and it was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic, and the owner and staff were so kind and generous! The owner saw how excited our son was to celebrate his birthday at the restaurant and saw how much he loved all of the Buffalo Bills decorations and gifted him a signed Josh Allen helmet! Excellent dinner tonight. The food is always good, but tonight it was really good. Had a filet with a side of mushrooms and a side of rocquefort mashed potatoes. Every bit of that had such excellent taste. Perfect dinner!
