This is the ultimate beef lover’s restaurant. For over 75 years the Red Osier has been noted for its prime rib dinner, which is carved and served tableside. The ribs are aged and then marinated for 48 hours in a unique seasoning, then slow roasted in a special oven. Choose from the 1-lb. Princess Cut, 1 ½-lbs. Queen Cut, 2-lbs. If you want the very best Prime Rib or anything else on the menu you can’t go wrong coming here. Service is outstanding and very friendly. There Sunday Brunch is WONDERFUL!
We held a surprise party for 20 people yesterday and the owners and waitresses could not have been more accommodating. It was a wonderful experience. They could not do enough for us to make us happy!! Highly recommendedd.

We go here 3-4 times a year. It is worth the 40 min ride from Pittsford. Have NEVER had a bad experience here. The staff, the food, the owners are ALL wonderful. Enjoy!
